One of the most important components of a good counseling experience is the relationship you have with your counselor. I have been on both sides of the counseling relationship and understand how important it is to find the best fit. I strive to provide a supportive and warm environment for you to examine and process the issues you may have.
I have over 12 years of experience treating individuals, couples, and families coping with mood disorders, anger management, trauma, addiction, relationship issues, and other life issues. I seek to treat each client as the unique individual that he or she is and strive to provide my clients with the tools to make their best life possible.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and I work closely with clients to reach their goals. In my practice, I use a variety of different therapeutic styles including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and person centered therapy to help you heal and develop new ways to live your best life.
